La Liga president Javier Tebas could be facing legal challenges after the Sports Court opened a case against him.

Details: According to Diario AS, the Administrative Sports Court (TAD) has launched an investigation into a leak involving Barcelona’s financial reports related to VIP boxes at the stadium. The issue lies in the fact that this information is confidential.

If Tebas is found responsible, he could face one of three penalties: a public reprimand, a suspension from his duties for 2 to 12 months, or even a permanent ban from holding the position of La Liga president.

Reminder: Barcelona president Joan Laporta stated that legendary forward Lionel Messi deserves his own statue at the renovated Camp Nou.

By the way, Hansi Flick was questioned about Messi’s possible comeback. The German coach said that if such a scenario ever materialises, it will not be during his own tenure in Catalonia.
