South Africa's Fadlu Davids ruled out of a move to Tanzanian side Young Africans

Fadlu Davids' search for a coaching job continues after the breakdown of negotiations between him and Tanzania's Young Africans.

Davids has been club-less since being sacked by Moroccan side Raja Casablanca after they lost out on the title.

He was replaced by Nasredine Nabi who, interestingly, was also coach of Young Africans at some stage of his career.

Now Davids will be searching and casting his net wider as his deal with Young Africans fell through due to bonus structure.

Sources close to the parties say Davids was not happy with how the team management structured its bonus pay out for wins and losses.
