Sean Mogaila has pleaded guilty to a culpable homicide charge.
The former Sekhukhune United midfielder appeared in court today where he pleaded guilty to a culpable homicide charge.
This is after an accident he was involved in saw the death of a child and left other occupants injured in over two years ago.
Mogaila has been at Babina Noko for the past two seasons and at the start of the current campaign he was released by the club.
His case is back later this year for sentencing.
