Sky Sports has compared Chelsea's transfer campaign to the cult Netflix series
The entire football world is bewildered by Chelsea's transfer activity this summer.
In the current transfer window, Chelsea has already acquired 10 new players, spending a total of €241 million. The latest addition was João Félix, for whom Chelsea paid Atlético Madrid €50 million.
At the same time, Chelsea’s head coach, Enzo Maresca, has made it clear that he no longer counts on left-back Ben Chilwell and winger Raheem Sterling.
The British broadcaster Sky Sports humorously commented on the club’s transfer policy.
While discussing Chelsea's transfers, Sky Sports created an image in the style of the iconic Netflix series "Squid Game," but they replaced the word "Squid" with "Squad" in the title.
In the first round of the current Premier League season, Chelsea suffered a 0-2 home defeat to Manchester City.
