SHOCK! Thapelo Maseko is not part of the Mamelodi Sundowns pre-season Austria tour despite an impressive World Cup

One of Bafana Bafana's shining stars at the World Cup, Thapelo Maseko is not part of the Mamelodi Sundowns pre-season tour.

Maseko had a blinder of the World Cup and talk has been that Sundowns would cash in on the player because of those displays.

And also that Sundowns may even want to give him a chance to have an opportunity to play for the club again.

But that has not happened as Maseko is not in Austria with Miguel Cardoso's men.

The former SuperSport United attacker spent last season on loan at side AEL Limassol where he had a decent campaign.

The Cypriot club are interested in the player on a permanent basis with also few teams from Europe making inquiries but fact remains that he will not be part of the Sundowns team for coming season.
