Shock swoop! Tottenham make loan enquiry to Chelsea for Mudryk
Tottenham Hotspur could be preparing an audacious intra-London move before the transfer window slams shut.
Details: According to The Athletic, Tottenham Hotspur has officially submitted an enquiry to Chelsea regarding the availability of winger Mykhailo Mudryk. The Lilywhites are exploring the possibility of securing a loan deal for the 25-year-old Ukrainian international.
Mudryk will be eligible to feature for a new club immediately upon completing his return from a suspension. A key driving factor behind Spurs' interest is manager Roberto De Zerbi, who previously coached the dynamic attacker during their time together at Shakhtar Donetsk.
The Italian tactician is well aware of how to extract the maximum potential from the explosive winger and believes a fresh environment could fully revitalize Mudryk's Premier League career.
It is worth noting that according to Transfermarkt, the 25-year-old Ukrainian winger's current market value is estimated at €30 million.
