From Thursday to Friday, August 29 to September 1, the PGA TOUR Championship took place, crowning the FedEx Cup champion for the 2024 season.

Heading into this week, American Scottie Scheffler had been enjoying a remarkable season, and he reaffirmed his dominance at this tournament. Scheffler delivered an outstanding performance at the TOUR Championship, finishing 30-under-par over four rounds.

Notably, he made only five mistakes throughout the tournament and outpaced his closest competitor by four strokes.

He is the only player to have won THE PLAYERS, the Masters, and the TOUR Championship in a single season.
