It is reported that Roma will pay Hellas Verona €8 million plus an additional €1 million in performance-related bonuses. Fiorentina, Gilardi's former club before his move to Verona, will also cash in; the Viola will receive 50% of the proceeds from this deal.
Gilardi joined Roma on a one-year loan from Verona in the summer of 2025 for €2.5 million. He has made 13 appearances for Roma this season—enough to convince the Giallorossi's management to trigger his buyout clause.
Daniele Gilardi's transfer value is estimated at €8 million by Transfermarkt.
