Nottingham Forest didn’t spend long without a head coach after parting ways with Sean Dyche.
Details: According to respected journalist and insider Ben Jacobs on his X social media page, the Nottingham Forest board has reached an agreement with 57-year-old Portuguese manager Vítor Pereira.
It’s reported that negotiations between both parties were fairly brief, with the Portuguese coach readily agreeing to take charge following Sean Dyche’s departure.

Pereira already has experience in the Premier League, having managed Wolverhampton during the 2024/25 season.
Currently, Nottingham Forest sit 17th in the standings with 27 points from 26 rounds. The Tricky Trees are just one spot above the relegation zone, and the club’s management believes Vítor Pereira is precisely the specialist who can turn their fortunes around.
