Sergio Ramos, who recently left his club Monterrey in Mexico, showed off impressive physical form and chemistry with the mixed martial arts fighter.
Details: The former Real Madrid, PSG, and Sevilla defender took part in a unique training session with UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria. The session brought together the worlds of football and MMA, showcasing the skills of both athletes.
Ilia Topuria, who holds 17 wins in MMA, highlighted the effectiveness of such a session, allowing him to sharpen his striking and technique, while for Ramos it was a chance to test himself in a completely new sporting discipline.
It's worth noting that Sergio Ramos only recently parted ways with Monterrey and is currently without a club, although the player is eager to return to European football in hopes of making it back to the Spanish national team.
