Serena Williams enjoyed The Weeknd at Robin Hood NYC charity event

Tennis legend Serena Williams, accompanied by her husband Alexis Ohanian, attended a charity event organized by the non-profit Robin Hood NYC. The evening featured a star-studded concert with performances by The Weeknd and Keith Urban—Serena shared videos from the show in her Instagram Stories.
Williams posted several clips of Urban and The Weeknd on stage, captioning one of them, “That was fun.”

It’s worth noting that Robin Hood funds programs in housing, education, and job training, all aimed at fighting poverty. Serena Williams and her husband are closely involved with this cause—Alexis Ohanian, through his 776 Foundation, donated $25 million to Robin Hood NYC’s quality and innovation initiative in child care.
The couple are also active supporters of Robin Hood’s mission, making it a point to attend the annual charity events every year.

Williams herself is deeply committed to philanthropy. She has participated in UNICEF’s #EveryChildAlive campaign to protect the health of mothers and newborns, and she is also a co-founder of birthFUND, which addresses maternal health inequality.
