Sensational Media Deal! Former Premier League Star to Broadcast Bundesliga Matches
Jamie Vardy is opening a new chapter in his career in the world of sports media.
Details: Former England and Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has become an official Bundesliga rights holder. As part of the agreement, seven Friday Bundesliga matches will be broadcast live on his YouTube channel, Jamie Vardy’s Having a Party, during the current season.
According to journalist Seb Stafford-Bloor (SebSB), the broadcasts on Vardy’s platform are aimed at a British audience and form part of the German league’s new media strategy to expand its digital reach through personality-led shows and popular channels run by well-known figures.
It is worth noting that the 39-year-old English forward is currently a free agent. During the 2025/26 season, Vardy represented Italian side Cremonese in Serie A, making two appearances for the club. He is best known for his time at Leicester City, where he sensationally won the Premier League and the FA Cup.
