Details: According to Futbol de Inglaterra, Manchester City's owners are seriously considering making an official offer to buy Colombian club Millonarios. The potential deal is valued at £78 million.

If completed, the Bogotá-based club will join Manchester City's sporting network as part of its partnership with City Football Group. The agreement would give the Colombian side access to substantial financial backing and state-of-the-art training infrastructure, while also providing priority in signing contracts with promising young footballers.

For the English powerhouse's leadership, the acquisition would represent a strategic move aimed at strengthening the club's position in South America and expanding its scouting network in search of young talent.

It is worth noting that Millonarios are 16-time Colombian champions and one of the most decorated clubs in the country. City Football Group currently unites more than a dozen clubs around the world, including Girona, Bahia, New York City, Melbourne City and Palermo.
