Betway Premiership side Sekhukhune United extended Orlando Pirates' Tshepo Mashiloane loan spell for another season.

The right-back was sent on loan at Babina Noko last season and now the club has again felt they need him ahead of the upcoming PSL season.

Mashiloane was not as impressive in a Pirates shirt as he had Deno van Rooyen, Kamohelo Sebelebele to compete with as Thabiso Lebitso left the Sea Robbers.

At Sekhukhune, Mashiloane will be under new coach Cedric Kaze having played under Eric Tinkler and Paulus Masehe last season.

It was Tinkler who recommended Sekhukhune to sign the player from Pirates as he liked his style of play.

The continuation and extension of his loan spell does give indication that Burundian gaffer Cedric Kaze is satisfied with what the player brings to the team.

Sekhukhune will play their maiden game of the upcoming season against Durban City at home in two weeks time.
