Sébastien Desabre will soon reveal the Leopards’ squad for the World Cup
There will be no press conference
The names of the players who will represent the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the tournament will be announced on 11 May.
The Leopards are preparing for their participation in the World Cup co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico this summer. The DR Congo, returning to the world stage 52 years later, will travel to America with 26 players.
Their names will be revealed on Monday 11 May. Head coach Sébastien Desabre is set to announce the squad list for the World Cup. However, according to Congolese media, no press conference is scheduled for the announcement of this list.
In Group K, the Democratic Republic of Congo will face Portugal, Colombia and Uzbekistan in the group stage.
