Dowman could lose his shot at breaking the Guinness World Record.

Details: According to Topskills Sports UK, 16-year-old Arsenal winger Max Dowman may be forced to miss several crucial matches at the end of the season because of his school exams.

Reports indicate that the GCSE school exams will take place in May and directly clash with several key Arsenal Premier League fixtures.

For Dowman to be eligible to play, he needs special permission from his school’s administration. Without it, the 16-year-old winger will be forced to sit out these decisive matches, missing the chance to claim a Premier League winner’s medal and a potential new Guinness World Record if Arsenal clinch the title.

Dowman has a chance to become the youngest ever Premier League champion, but according to the rules, he still needs to make two more league appearances for Arsenal. The current Guinness World Record for this achievement belongs to Phil Foden, who won the Premier League with Manchester City at 17 years and 350 days old in the 2017/18 season.

Reminder: Arsenal midfielder Max Dowman becomes youngest goalscorer in Premier League history. Whose record did he break?
