Neymar unexpectedly found himself at the center of a Hollywood masterclass.
Details: Famed American actor Brad Pitt jokingly declared that he’s ready to give footballers lessons in simulation on the pitch—and his first student will be Neymar. The reason? During the Paraguay vs Germany match at the 2026 World Cup, Pitt noticed the overly theatrical reaction of one of the players after a foul.
“I’m going to give lessons on how to simulate fouls because these guys are terrible at it. And I’m going to start with Neymar,” Pitt joked.
The actor specifically highlighted the Brazilian star’s movements, comparing them to ballet, but emphasized that even Neymar, in his opinion, still has something to learn.
“I’ll show him how to really sell a foul, how to do it subtly, and how not to overdo it so it looks realistic. I’ve got a full training program ready,” the Hollywood actor added.
It’s worth noting that Pitt’s remarks were purely in jest. The actor was discussing football simulations during a chat with Esquire journalist Ryan D’Agostino.
