French Cup winner with Lens
He has become the first Saudi player to win the French Cup.
Saud Abdulhamid continues to reach new milestones in his young career. Having arrived in Europe in the summer of 2024, the Saudi international is already making his mark.
On loan at Lens from Roma in Italy, Saud Abdulhamid made history on Friday 22 May. By winning the French Cup with Lens, he became the first Saudi player in history to do so. Before setting this new record, Saud Abdulhamid was already the first Saudi player to play in Italy’s Serie A and then in France’s Ligue 1.
