Manchester United legend Roy Keane criticized Erik ten Hag's team after the FA Cup semi-final match against Coventry (3-3, 4-2 on penalties).

The Red Devils were leading 3-0 against the Championship team but managed to squander their advantage after the 70th minute, conceding three times. They secured a place in the final only through a penalty shootout.

"Maguire got interviewed after the game and said, ‘we showed great character’. I don’t see character in this group of players, I really don’t. I’m getting to the stage where I’m almost disliking them.

I’m waiting for leadership. I’m seeing people with bad habits; the goalkeeper wasting time when you 3-0 up – just get on with the game, flex your muscles when you’ve got the game won. All of a sudden, they take a step back. Show some courage. It’s as if they are frightened to go and win the game. Huge problems for Manchester United going forward.

We have the same conversations about Manchester United every week. You don’t know what you’re going to get. They always play in moments, they give teams chances.

In the FA Cup, Wigan had chances, Newport did, Liverpool should have beat them, Coventry should have beat them today. But they are in the final. You always say you need a bit of luck in football and United certainly had luck today." said Roy Keane on ITV Sport.

In the FA Cup final, the Red Devils will face Manchester City. The match will take place at Wembley on May 25th.
