Saliba comments on his future at Arsenal amid Real Madrid interest

Ahead of the UEFA Champions League return match against PSV, Arsenal's leading defender William Saliba addressed the press about his future with the London club.

Quote: "I want to achieve a lot with Arsenal. If you leave this club and win nothing, the fans will forget about you. Of course, I want to achieve a lot here.

Negotiations for a new contract? Not yet... because I still have a few years left on my contract. There's no rush right now. I'm happy here at Arsenal. That's all.

Fighting for titles? We are very close and keep pushing. We don't stop working. When you're close and don't win titles, it's sad. But I'm really confident that we'll achieve it," said Saliba.

Reminder: It was previously reported that Arsenal would offer an improved contract for Saliba. The "Gunners" are striving to keep the defender amid growing interest from Real Madrid.
