This past weekend marked the first round of the English Premier League.

The statistical portal WhoScored named the best player of the weekend, as well as the team of the first round.

According to the portal's ratings, Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka was the standout player.

Saka registered a goal and an assist in the match against Wolves (2-0). His performance earned him a rating of 8.72.
