Sadio Mane continues his streak with Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League
The Senegalese player was on form again on Friday 6 February in the 21th round of the Saudi championship against Al Ittihad.
With Al-Nassr struggling to find inspiration in the tense clash against Al Ittihad, Sadio Mane once again made his mark. In a game that remained in suspense until the 84th minute, the Senegalese international found the solution for Al-Nassr.
His club was awarded a penalty, which he coolly converted in the 85th minute to make it 1-0. This opening goal gave Al-Nassr, playing at home, a psychological advantage. The home side's victory was sealed by Angelo in stoppage time (90+6), making it 2-0.
Having scored in the previous round against Al-Riyadh, Sadio Mane now has five goals and four assists in 13 Saudi Pro League matches.
Thanks to this victory, Al-Nassr has closed the gap on Al-Hilal and is now just one point behind the league leaders.
