Mamelodi Sundowns are set to face Fluminense in their third match of the FIFA Club World Cup group stage, but they will be without one of their key players.
Details: Lebo Mothiba has not been included in the squad for this game and will be unavailable for Sundowns in their final group stage fixture.
It appears Mothiba picked up an injury during the previous match against Borussia Dortmund, and Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso had stated that the striker needed to undergo a medical assessment.
Reminder: After two rounds, Mamelodi Sundowns have one win and one loss, collecting three points. The team is now preparing for their final group stage game against Fluminense, scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, at 21:00 Central European Time.
