Liverpool were dismantled 1–4 by PSV in their UEFA Champions League Matchday 5 clash, putting Arne Slot’s future firmly under scrutiny.
Details: According to indykaila News, the Dutch manager has concluded talks with the club’s hierarchy. He will remain in charge, but has been given two matches to fix the situation. Liverpool must collect six points from their next two Premier League fixtures.
On Sunday, 30 November, Liverpool travel to face West Ham, and a few days later, on 3 December, they host Sunderland.
Earlier we reported that the Merseyside club have been breaking all sorts of unwanted records. Liverpool have conceded three or more goals in three consecutive matches in all competitions for the first time since September 1992.
Reminder: Bookmakers have already identified the leading candidate to replace the Dutchman.
