Ruben Amorim took charge of Manchester United in the autumn of 2024 and has now been working with the club for more than a year. However, it appears that this season will be his last in charge.
Details: According to indykaila News, the Red Devils’ hierarchy are disappointed with Amorim’s work and are convinced he will be unable to restore the club to its former level. One of the candidates for the managerial position is Oliver Glasner, who is expected to leave Crystal Palace in the summer of 2026.
If results do not improve, United are prepared to dismiss Amorim during the season and appoint an interim manager.
In their previous match, Manchester United played out a 4–4 draw against Bournemouth. The team currently sit sixth in the table with 26 points after 16 rounds, two points behind fourth place.
Reminder: Manchester United’s 31-year-old attacking midfielder Bruno Fernandes recently shared a story from last summer, when the club made it clear that he could leave the team.
