RS Berkane finishes second summer signing! Straight from league rival

Moroccan champions RS Berkane prepare for a busy summer transfer campaign, as the club wants to bring fresh blood to the team before the CAF Champions League season.

Details: Canal Berkane's X account reports that the Berkane-based club is finalizing the signing of winger Amine El Azri, who represented RCA Zemamra — the sixth-placed team in the most recent Botola Pro Inwi season.

The full details of the transfer are yet to be revealed, as El Azri was under contract with his previous club until summer 2026. However, it is believed that the 30-year-old winger will sign a contract with Berkane running until 2028. He is currently in Berkane undergoing a medical check.

Reminder: El Azri played 32 matches for RCA Zemamra last season, scoring nine goals and providing five assists.

At the beginning of July, RS Berkane completed the signing of FAR Rabat defender Et-Tayeb Boukhriss, who also signed a three-year contract. Previously, it was reported that RS Berkane is intersted in Shakhtar Donetsk defender Alaa Ghram.
