Ronaldo's third title. Portugal defeat Spain in UEFA Nations League final

The Portugal national team have claimed their second UEFA Nations League title. In the final held in Munich, Martinez's men overcame the reigning champions, Spain.
Midway through the first half, both teams exchanged goals, and just before the break, Mikel Oyarzabal found the net with a clinical strike. Notably, the Real Sociedad forward made history for his national team with a remarkable achievement.

In the second half, Ronaldo made his mark. The 40-year-old Cristiano latched onto Mendes' low cross to level the score and send the final into extra time, which also failed to separate the sides. In the penalty shootout, the key moment came when Álvaro Morata missed his spot-kick, with Diogo Costa making the crucial save.
Remarkably, Portugal have become the most decorated team in Nations League history and the first country to win the tournament twice. For Cristiano Ronaldo, this trophy is his third with the national team, following triumphs at Euro 2016 and the 2018/19 UEFA Nations League.
