Al Nassr played in the fourth round of the AFC Champions League against the reigning champion of the tournament, Al-Ain, on their home ground.
In the first half, Ronaldo and his team scored three goals against their opponents. Talisca opened the scoring, followed by Cristiano himself, and the third goal was an own goal. By halftime, Al Nassr had secured a comfortable lead.
At the start of the second half, there was a return goal when the home goalkeeper cut the ball into his own net - 3-1. However, Al Ain was unable to do anything more to bring the match back into intrigue. In the final minutes, Al Nassr scored two more goals and set the final scoreline.
Cristiano Ronaldo's team defeated the defending AFC Champions League champion with a decisive 5-1 victory.
