Ronaldo has left Saudi Arabia and travelled to Portugal
Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo is extremely unhappy with the transfer policy in Saudi Arabia and has decided to boycott the league.
Details: According to reports from users on the social media platform X, Cristiano Ronaldo has left Saudi Arabia and travelled to Portugal.
We previously reported that the 40-year-old Portuguese forward of Saudi club Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo, could leave his current team during the summer transfer window following a dispute with the leadership of the Saudi Arabian Sports Committee.
The issue is that Cristiano Ronaldo spoke out against Karim Benzema’s move to Al Hilal. He believes that such a step undermines the sporting integrity of the entire league. Moreover, this situation has already begun to affect other transfers within the competition.
Reminder: Al Hilal have officially announced on their social media channels that French forward Karim Benzema will continue his career at their club.
