Roma ofers Mats Hummels a one-season contract

Legendary German defender Mats Hummels, who left Borussia Dortmund at the end of the 2023/24 season, is still searching for a new club.

According to Nicolò Schira, Roma have offered the central defender a two-year contract, which includes a salary of two million euros plus bonuses. Recently, Hummels has turned down several offers, with interest from Bologna, West Ham, Bayer Leverkusen, Ajax, Sporting CP, Real Mallorca, Real Sociedad, and Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, it was reported that the German center-back was close to signing a contract with Real Sociedad, but ultimately rejected the offer from San Sebastian.

In response to rumors about a potential move to Mallorca, the experienced footballer sarcastically dismissed these reports.
