"Someone is messing!". Hummels reacted to the information about his transfer to the Spanish club

Legendary defender Mats Hummels has responded to rumors about his potential move to Mallorca.

Several media outlets reported this morning that the Borussia Dortmund legend was supposedly undergoing a medical for the new club.

However, the experienced player sarcastically dismissed these rumors.

"Someone is having fun with sports news today! I was at home and hadn't even woken up by 9:10 in the morning," Hummels wrote on his social media page on X (formerly Twitter).

Earlier, it was reported that the German center-back was close to signing a contract with Real Sociedad, but ultimately rejected the offer from San Sebastian.
