Liverpool are actively searching for reinforcements at left-back and have already identified one of their key transfer targets. The Merseyside club is eyeing Borussia Dortmund defender Daniel Svensson as a potential replacement for Andy Robertson.
According to Give Me Sport, Arsenal and Leeds United are also showing interest in the defender, while Serie A sides Inter, Milan, and Atalanta are monitoring the situation. Borussia values the defender at around €35 million, but hopes to fetch up to €45 million if a bidding war breaks out among suitors.
It’s worth recalling that Svensson joined Borussia on loan from Nordsjælland in February 2025, before making the move permanent. His contract with the German club runs until the summer of 2029, giving Dortmund a strong negotiating position. There is no release clause in his deal, but the Black and Yellows are open to offers.
