Legendary Italian manager Roberto Mancini may soon take up a surprising new role.
Details: According to A Bola, Mancini is one of the two main candidates for the vacant head coach position at Porto.
In addition to Mancini, Porto's management is considering former Lazio and Marseille coach Igor Tudor for the role.
Porto recently sacked Vítor Bruno following consecutive losses in the Primeira Liga to Nacional and Gil Vicente. The "Dragons" are currently third in the table after 18 rounds, trailing leaders Sporting by four points.
Mancini's most recent role was with the Saudi Arabian national team, from which he was dismissed after a series of poor results.
Reminder: Porto is among the top 10 most profitable clubs in Europe in the transfer market over the past decade.
