Robbed again! Newcastle's Joelinton's home broken into once more
Newcastle's Brazilian star Joelinton has once again fallen victim to a burglary, reports The Sun. According to the publication, thieves broke into his home for the second time this year, following a similar incident back in January.
The midfielder himself revealed the unfortunate news, posting a message on his social media account:
“Our home was broken into again. To anyone considering doing this — please know that there is nothing valuable left here! What we care about most is our family's safety and our kids growing up without fear.,” wrote the Brazilian.
Just days before this latest break-in, Joelinton had shared photos from a family vacation in Dubai. The footballer and his partner are parents to three children.
The earlier burglary took place in January 2024 when thieves broke into his house while he and his family were at St. James' Park, supporting Newcastle in a match against Manchester City.
Joelinton was alerted by a security notification on his phone, prompting him to immediately contact the police. Law enforcement officers arrived swiftly, but by the time they reached the scene, the intruders had already escaped.
