José Mourinho is facing another serious dressing-room problem at Real Madrid.

Details: According to The Touchline, tensions are growing inside Real Madrid's dressing room as several players have reportedly become frustrated with José Mourinho's tactical approach. The Portuguese manager is being criticised for relying too heavily on individual brilliance rather than implementing a clearly structured system.

Interestingly, the situation presents a striking contrast with Xabi Alonso's departure. According to the report, the Spaniard was dismissed because his tactical ideas were considered overly sophisticated. Mourinho, however, is now facing criticism for the exact opposite reason. The reported explanation for Alonso's dismissal has not been officially confirmed.

The dressing room reportedly remains divided, with players holding conflicting expectations about what kind of manager Real Madrid actually need. Some are said to want a more organised collective approach instead of depending on moments of individual brilliance.

These claims come amid wider concerns about the atmosphere at the club. Earlier this week, Cadena SER, as cited by RMC Sport, reported that two unnamed Real Madrid players had allegedly come to blows. However, there has been no official indication that Mourinho's dismissal is being considered.

It is worth noting that Mourinho previously managed Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013, leading the club to the 2011/12 La Liga title with an impressive 100 points.

Reminder: Scandal! Mourinho skips the press conference. Why?
