The Turkish football world has been rocked by news of potential changes at the helm of Istanbul's powerhouse club.
Details: According to Turk Scout, Galatasaray has entered official negotiations with representatives of Jürgen Klopp.
The 58-year-old German tactician, currently unattached after leaving Liverpool, is seen by the “Lions” board as the ideal candidate to elevate the club to new heights in European competitions.
Meanwhile, it is reported that current manager Okan Buruk is likely to step down at the end of the season. Despite domestic success, the 52-year-old coach is keen to test his mettle in more prestigious European leagues.
Buruk has already attracted concrete interest from clubs in the English Premier League and Italy’s Serie A, making his summer departure almost a foregone conclusion.
Reminder: Arne Slot hinted at a Liverpool comeback against PSG.
