Details: Today, Italian side Fiorentina officially announced the signing of centre-back Radu Drăgușin from Tottenham. The Romanian defender has signed a contract with the club until the summer of 2031.
According to the agreement, Drăgușin will earn around €2 million per year. For the defender, this transfer marks a return to the familiar territory of Serie A, where he previously played and made a name for himself as one of the league’s most promising centre-backs.
Fiorentina expect the 24-year-old Romanian to become a defensive leader and help the team achieve top results in the new season.
Last season, Drăgușin featured in only 11 matches for Tottenham due to a serious injury. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €16 million.
