Benfica is set to assess the talent of the Colombian prospect.

Details: Today, on the official X page of Lisbon's Benfica, it was announced that Colombian striker Jhon Durán has officially joined the club on loan from Al-Nassr.

The agreement runs until the end of the season and includes a purchase option for €30 million. For the loan itself, the Portuguese side will pay €6.1 million.

For Durán, this move marks a chance to prove himself again in European football after his stint in Saudi Arabia. Benfica is counting on the Colombian forward to strengthen the team's attacking line and help the club fight for domestic trophies and success on the international stage.

According to Transfermarkt, Jhon Durán's current market value is estimated at €15 million.
