Danilo could make his Premier League return as early as this summer.
Details: According to TeamTalk, Manchester United have submitted an offer to Botafogo for 25-year-old central midfielder Danilo.
It's reported that Red Devils head coach Michael Carrick sees Danilo as an ideal replacement for the departing Casemiro and wants the club's management to wrap up the deal as quickly as possible. Danilo's experience in the English Premier League is also seen as a major plus. He played for Nottingham Forest from 2023 to 2025.
Danilo joined Botafogo from Nottingham for €23 million. He has already made 41 appearances for Botafogo, scoring 11 goals and providing 7 assists.
Danilo's current contract with Botafogo runs until 2029, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €35 million.
