Real Sociedad's president has reacted to rumours of a move for the team's midfielder to Liverpool

Real Sociedad players in the current transfer window are part of the media rumours. However, San Sebastian themselves assure that the reality is somewhat different from the press is reporting.
So, earlier we reported that Real Sociedad midfielder Takefusa Kubo is interested in Liverpool, but Spanish club boss Joquin Apperibay is sceptical about these rumours:
"It is not a topic at all. There are no negotiations going on between the clubs. We are in the market now, anything can happen, but Taque is very happy here and he intends to continue with us. We love him very much, let's hope he stays at Real Sociedad forever," - quotes the president of Real Sociedad Mundo Deportivo.
Likewise, we will remind, earlier it was reported that Liverpool are ready to activate the clause on payoffs in the contract of the 23-year-old Japanese, which amounts to 60 million euros.
