Real Madrid have set their sights on Bayer's key centre-back Jonathan Tah
In recent seasons, Real Madrid has faced significant personnel issues in the heart of their defense. Their center-backs have been frequently sidelined by injuries, with no adequate replacements available, prompting the club to seek solutions.
Details: According to Bild, Real Madrid has shown interest in Bayer Leverkusen's central defender Jonathan Tah.
However, signing Tah could prove challenging, as Bayern Munich and Barcelona are also pursuing the player. Tah had previously leaned towards a move to Bayern.
Tah’s contract with Bayer expires in the summer of 2025, and the player has publicly stated that he will not renew it. This means Tah will leave the "Pharmacists" as a free agent.
Reminder: It was revealed today that Real Madrid center-back David Alaba will not recover from his ACL injury before the end of the year.
