Real Madrid has announced a deadline for Mbappe. Which one and what does it mean?

Real Madrid has set a deadline for Kylian Mbappé regarding his decision to transfer to their club, as reported by AS.
According to sources, Real Madrid has established December 15th as the day by which the French forward must make a decision on whether to move to Real or not. The leadership of the Madrid club plans to send a contract offer to the player's closest circle in the new year. Earlier reports in the media suggested that PSG could receive financial compensation and bonuses for Mbappé.
The annual salary for the Frenchman will amount to 35 million euros, making him the highest-paid player at Real Madrid. The Madrid club is also granting Mbappé full rights to use his images off the field, which is unusual for Real.
It is worth recalling that Kylian Mbappé joined PSG on August 31, 2017. Unofficially, the agreement reportedly included the option to buy his transfer for 145 million euros (plus 35 million euros in potential bonuses), potentially making him the second most expensive footballer in the world after PSG teammate Neymar.
In the current season, Mbappé has played 20 matches for PSG in all competitions, scoring 18 goals and providing two assists. His contract with the French club is valid until the end of June 2024, and his approximate market value, according to Transfermarkt, is 180 million euros.
