Real Madrid are hosting Monaco at the Santiago Bernabéu in the Matchday 7 fixture of the UEFA Champions League and have named a notably youthful starting lineup for the contest.

Details: According to Opta, the Royal Club took to the field against the side from Monaco with an average starting XI age of 24 years and 152 days. This is their youngest lineup in seven years. Back in December 2018, they faced CSKA Moscow with an average starting age of 24 years and 100 days.

Meanwhile, Bodo/Glimt recorded their first-ever victory over an English club in the UEFA Champions League, defeating Manchester City 3–1 in the seventh round.

Reminder: Manchester City travelled away to face Bodo/Glimt, where a truly unpleasant and ill-judged incident unfolded involving one of the Citizens’ key players.
