Details: According to The Athletic, a fierce battle is expected between several top clubs after the current season for 18-year-old Palmeiras center-back Vitor Reis, who has already secured a spot in his club's starting lineup.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Arsenal are all reportedly keen on signing Reis, seeing him as one of the most promising central defenders of the future.
Reis' contract with Palmeiras, which runs until the summer of 2028, includes a release clause of €100 million. However, the club is willing to negotiate a lower price, but only after the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, where Reis will have the opportunity to showcase his talents against top clubs.
