All signs point to the legendary Luka Modrić remaining at Real Madrid for the next season.

Initially, it was expected that Modrić would leave the club at the end of the season, but his consistent performances and desire to stay have been pivotal factors.
Another crucial element has been the wish of Carlo Ancelotti. The Italian coach highly values Modrić's contribution to the team and his influence on the club's younger players.
It is known that Modrić has agreed to a salary reduction and accepted a role as a rotation player to remain at Real Madrid.
Modrić has been with Real Madrid since the summer of 2012, when he transferred from Tottenham for €35 million. Since then, he has scored 39 goals and provided 86 assists in 531 matches.
