Real Betis persist in pursuit of Antony despite deal's complexity
During his brief spell with Real Betis, Antony managed to win over the local fans. The club is eager to turn his loan deal from Manchester United into a permanent transfer.
Details: Sporting director of the Andalusian side, Manu Fajardo, stated that as long as Antony hasn't joined another team, Real Betis will not give up their efforts to sign him.
Quote: "Everyone must understand this is a very complex operation—both because of the player's calibre and his recent impact at Betis. But as long as Antony hasn't signed with another club, we will keep fighting for him with full humility.
We will try to complete the transfer in various ways, without putting the club at financial risk. The main thing is the club's sustainability. The market is open and highly dynamic right now, and we are part of this game," Fajardo stated.
