Reports indicate that Hincapié's assured and reliable performances have greatly impressed Arsenal's head coach Mikel Arteta, prompting him to request that the club secure the defender on a permanent deal.
According to sources, Arsenal will pay Bayer €52 million, as previously stipulated in the contract. Officially, Hincapié will become an Arsenal player this coming summer.
