MTN8 defending champions Orlando Pirates face Durban City in the first quarterfinal match this weekend as the tournament starts.
Pirates won the trophy for the past three seasons and they will be looking to continue with that form this season.
Mamelodi Sundowns also return to domestic action this weekend having postponed their PSL match due to late start to their pre-season camp.
