PSG defeated Monaco without any troubles

PSG hosted Monaco at their stadium as part of the 13th round of Ligue 1 on Friday, November 24th.

Monaco initially marked the match with a goal on the 14th minute, but after VAR review, the referee disallowed the goal due to offside. Just four minutes later, Gonçalo Ramos put the Parisians ahead. In the 22nd minute, Monaco equalized with a goal from Minamino, but by the end of the first half, the score was 2-1. Kylian Mbappé converted a penalty, and his team went into halftime with the lead.

In the second half, both teams displayed even football, and the game was decided within just two minutes. On the 70th minute, Usmane Dembélé made it 3-1, and on the 72nd minute, Verratti scored the fourth goal for PSG.

The guests responded with a goal on the 75th minute, but it didn't change the situation. In stoppage time, Kolo Mouani put the match to bed by scoring the fifth goal. PSG secured a 4-2 victory and gained 30 points. Currently, Enrique's team leads Ligue 1. Furthermore, Nice won't be able to catch up with PSG as they are trailing by four points.
