Manchester United's disastrous start to the season has been compounded by an embarrassing off-pitch blunder.

According to regulations, teams without a sleeve sponsor must have the badge on both arms. The club has been reminded of the rule.
The violation occurred in the very first round of the new season, which turned into a nightmare for Michael Carrick's side: the Red Devils sensationally lost 0-2 away to newly promoted Hull despite having almost 72% possession. The badge blunder only added to the ridicule of a club whose problems now seem to extend to the kit department as well.
United will now have to fix their shirts before the next fixture, with no sanctions expected beyond the reminder. It's worth noting that the defeat to Hull was the first time in history the Red Devils lost their opening league match to a promoted side.
